Please enjoy some samples of my music. I am an Alto Saxophonist, but I also double on Soprano. This Website is intended to be a functional means to an end; a way for me to document and share my music. I will continue to add content, so please check back occasionally if you are interested in hearing some newly recorded tunes.
On the Audio Selections page, you will find links to original compositions, American songbook classics, movie tunes, music written for musicals, and compositions by some of my favorite artists and composers. I've received many flattering compliments from people who have heard me perform live and their kindness has been truly motivational. I've heard one persistent message from many that I have taken to heart and have implemented into my performances, and also on this Website. "The saxophone sounds great by itself, but it would sound even better with a rhythm section." I have not been fortunate enough to bring a band together as of yet, so I've resorted to using electronically generated backing tracks, for the time being. Music on this Website that has electronically generated backing tracks will have an asterisk on the tune title to help distinguish them; I play the sax live along with the electronic backing tracks to make the recordings. It is still my hope to meet musicians in my travels who are of a similar ilk and would like to help me replace my backing tracks with a proper band.
